The weights are durable, the knurling (diamond shape cut into bar for grip) is deep which is very good for maintaining a grip even if you're very sweaty. Weight appears to be accurate. I just wish weights were 4-10 lbs weights and 4-15lbs weights it would allow for 10lbs increments. I'm going to by 2-5lbs weights so I can have 10lbs increments that's the only draw back I foresee ... show more

Fits on one of my 1" bars with a bit of force but not my second 1" bar. Stick with metal plates as the standard (in haste I did not see 'vinyl' when purchased).

I especially like the flat side, which allows the barbell to be rested on a surface without risk of rolling off. Unfortunately, the flat is also lighter than the opposite side, so the weight has a tendency to rotate upward. Ok if you can clamp it so it can't rotate, but it would have been nice to make the flat side a little heavier. Otherwise, good weights. Slip on and off the bar nicely, grab handle is convenient. No complaints. (Well, no other complaints) ... show more
