The weights are durable, the knurling (diamond shape cut into bar for grip) is deep which is very good for maintaining a grip even if you're very sweaty. Weight appears to be accurate. I just wish weights were 4-10 lbs weights and 4-15lbs weights it would allow for 10lbs increments. I'm going to by 2-5lbs weights so I can have 10lbs increments that's the only draw back I foresee ... show more

The 20lb weights were cracked! Black sand was all in the box and continually falling out. Looks and feels poorly made. Didn't want to deal with the hassle of returning 40lbs of weight plates so I just patched them and moved on.

I would suggest considering a different brand. Bar was poorly made and a weight was busted open. Despite the issues it would be a great weight and bar set.
