The padding is just right, giving enough protection without feeling bulky. They’re also super comfortable and breathable, so my hands don’t get too sweaty during workouts. I’ve been wearing these gloves during my workouts and they are staying together well. Sizing is tricky because gloves tend to stretch out after multiple use. These gloves have padding in hand areas that is important when I weight train. Gloves close with a small Velcro strap at the wrist. I use these gloves between many different machines and they are nice. Not great but price, fit and use are what I look for with workout gloves.
