This armoire comes in two boxes that are shipped about 3 days apart giving me an initial scare. But both came and went together well with one person ( a second needed to upright assembled parts and help hang doors) in about 3 hours. It is heavy and well made with the exception of doors and back that are thin. The oak finish looks good and it is a nice additional to our guest suite for the money.

The media could not be loaded. First, pros: I was able to do this myself though it calls for two people which is ideal. Definitely have someone help if possible, but if not, know you can do it yourself. It does look nice and matches my other furniture though after getting it I wished I had gotten something more modern. A huge plus is the instructions are GREAT. It says a lot and goes a long way to have good instructions which this does. It was overall not too difficult, but there were a couple SUPER challenging parts to it. I LOVE the Allen wrench! It has two handles, like a Jack in the box handle. Made it SO MUCH EASIER to use! Only drawback is on the corners where you can’t turn it all the way. I think a regular Allen wrench should be included for that bc it was a little difficult to do with the two handles and couldn’t turn all the way so had to do it little by little. So the cons: you MUST ALIGN EVERYTHING PERFECTLY, including the back, which is virtually impossible. It probably took me 20-30 minutes JUST to do that part, and I still didn’t do it 100% correctly, which in turn caused the whole thing to be off. This is a huge flaw in the design. If it has to be that perfect, it needs to be adjusted to allow for some room, even a tiny bit, of movement/adjustment, OR there needs to be direction on exactly where the screws go into the wood. The back portion must be perfectly aligned. Step 10 with parts 7,8,9 which is putting together the back portion of the drawer - omg don’t make a mistake bc you’ll likely mess it up like I did… somehow I had it backwards and had to turn it around. I’m doing so, the screw and dowel ripped out and the dowel broke (thank goodness they give a few extra) and it messed up my piece. It wasn’t ruined, but it made it more difficult to put together and it shook me making the process more stressful. Secondly, I’ll never buy a manufactured wood armoire ever again. The covering is so fragile and delicate that if you even tap it against something else whether you’re moving parts around and touch the wall, or the pieces to each other, it flakes off or scratches. I didn’t want to spend a ton on this piece, so I went for this one. But if I ever need another one, I will either be getting a truck to get a used wooden one already put together also to save money, or springing for the $600+ wooden ones. Even $1000 for the bigger/nicer ones. It’s just not worth the cheapness of the material. If you’re going to get a piece of furniture for your space, unless you don’t care that much or it’s for a kid’s room or college dorm or something, get the nicer higher quality more expensive material.

Pre-drilled hole does not match up. Wardrobe was wobbly. Back panel was uneven and couldn’t even used the screws to screw them in. Could not get the doors to close without being crooked so we decided to do without the door. Took about 7-8 hours to put together and did not turn out as expected. Please save yourself the time and hassle and purchase something else.

The sturdiness of this furniture is not good, but it does look nice. Also the poles for hanging clothes is really cheap and reccomend buying sturdier ones from a hardware store.

Arrived on time. Easy to put together. The bottom drawer did not have the bottom piece. I contacted the seller. They were great. To save time they sent us a replacement. Another new in the box to resolve the issue. We will definitely purchase from them again. We are very happy with the quality and purchase.

Putting it together was a challenge. Even with the instructions. There was so many screws, nails, etc. The tools that came with it help a little bit was not great, even using a standard screwdriver didn't help. Had to buy a certain one because the screws were not your standard ones. Took 4 of us just to hold it together while screws pieces in. The frame is so fragile. Once together it is so heavy! I do like the outfit once done. But wouldn't buy again. I don't recommend this to anyone single person do to the fact about assembling it and the weight. One of the worst things I purchased. Why I gave it a 2 Star.
