The rocker is easy to put together, very comfortable for rocking our 5 month granddaughter and more than anything, the third-party company provided incredible support. When we received the rocker the two brackets on the seat did not align correctly with the back of the rocker. I contacted the company and provided photos showing the misalignment. We received a very quick response which indicated that they would be sending a replacement. I was impressed when it arrived 2 days later and was in perfect condition. The Rocker is a great piece of furniture. Having said that, we were equally impressed with the Company's rapid and satisfactory response. Thank you!!

This is very cute, comfy and I love it! The colors are exactly like is advertised. The only down fall is that the instructions were not that clear on how to put together, so we kind of had to figure that one out lol but overall would recommend for any expecting mamas looking for a nursery chair!

Bought this for my baby’s room, love the look but after a few weeks of use it has a pretty loud squeak while rocking which makes it tough to put a baby down with the noise. Seems to come from an internal part of the back of the chair so it’s not something I can tighten myself.

It is a pain to assemble or maybe it’s just me cos i did it myself while pregnant anyhow this is very pretty chair and looks really cozy in our nursery however its not the most supportive and comfiest rocking chair there is. The cushion is not as soft and the side arms are hard as a wood so just bare that in mind before purchasing.

Very elegant piece of furniture. Works perfectly. The swings spectrum is great. Very easy to assemble. We always get compliments for it. However the elbows area doesn't provide enough support as it cracks when one leans elbow hard to accommodate on it. And Im not a big or heavy person. Other than that is has a strong build.
