I received this item on the April 13th 2024, test out for about week, due to the 1st day wasn't picking up and debris from the bottom of my pool as expect. So I figured I'll try for a week maybe it'll do better. But it didn't still pickup any debris, as it goes over it to pick it up, it moves it around so now he debris is flowing around the pool, and will take a while for it to settle back down. I sat outside watching it do that over and over again and the other issue is it gets stuck on the corners of my pool, I was having to nudge it so it come move again. I was to trying to return it, But apparently this product after a week is not returnable or refundable as per Amazon. They don't even give you the third party information.     • This is the worst spend money.
This does not work at all from the start when I got it. It charges full and does not start at all. it stucks at green no movement. Note: Video shoot outside the pool because the green light goes away right away.
