  • love this cabinet! love this cabinet!
Color: Black & Silver Size: Larger 72'' Rolling Cabinet (2-Door)
During my recent move, I decided it was high time that I got organized and not have so much clutter in my limited kitchen space. Even though my new house is not much different in cabinet space than my old house, I wanted to have a minimal look, without having to throw away items that I still use but just not very often. I decided the basement would make an ideal 'pantry' area and this cabinet would be perfect for less used items. While I was at it, I bought a second one for stocking up on food so I wouldn't have to travel to the store so often. However, I did have some requirements for my new cabinet: I have found when items are stored on the basement floor, they tend to trap moisture and rust - so it had to have wheels or something to raise it up off the floor. check. It also had to be all metal since I was storing food, and I knew it may attract rodents to come check it out. check. It had to be well made and sturdy. check. And it had to be spacious with plenty of room for a lot of stuff. check. Lastly, I knew it was going to be challenging based on what I read in the reviews and watching you tube videos on assembling this - I had to be able to assemble it myself, even though I am not strong or young. Well, surprisingly, the unboxing was probably the most difficult part of the assembly. I guess that was a good thing. This cabinet was so well packaged I can't imagine how the cabinet could have gotten damaged, unless someone threw it out of a 5-story window. For the two cabinets it took, easily, 5 contractor sized bags of debris. And although there were a few bumps indicated on the outside box (yes, there are two boxes!) the cabinet came out in perfect condition. After I was so exhausted taking it out of the box I made it a two-day project: about 2 hours to take it out of the box and check for parts and organize the components; 4 hours for assembly. Again, I was doing this on my own. Instructions (except for misspelling the heading because someone just re-used the title on all of the pages) was incredibly easy and well explained. I am used to getting these put-it-together furniture with instructions that leave a lot to the imagination - but these were just so easy to understand, with excellent drawings. Assembly is time consuming because there are a lot of parts - not because it was difficult. The screws are all going into metal parts - so I used only a battery powered drill; I do not think I could have done it with just hand-tools. Tip: do not do the final securing until it is all together; I tightened all the screws to about 7/8 of the way in during the entire assembly (until just before the shelves went in); lifted it in place and did the final tightening. This gave it some flexibility during assembly - although there was no misalignment of pre-drilled holes, at all. Everything was perfect. When it was done, I was so impressed with the quality of this cabinet. I saw that there are other manufacturers with similar cabinets - and I watched their instruction videos on you tube - I will say, not all are created equal. They may be fine as well, but I can say with confidence this brand is excellent. And it stores a lot of stuff! One of my best purchases for my new house! ... show more

  • Built with thicker sturdy metal, looks cabinet looks better in-person
Color: Black Size: 71'' Glass Door Cabinet (HD Tempered)
If you’re trying to level up your space without the "cheap furniture" feel, this cabinet is a literal flex. The metal quality is way better than expected, it’s thick, sturdy, and makes those flimsy old-school filing cabinets look like a joke. The tempered glass gives it a high-end, custom look, and the matte finish is the real MVP since it stays crisp and doesn’t hold onto greasy fingerprints like those annoying shiny pieces do. It’s got that ultra-clean, super universal that can be used for Records books that fits any room, and honestly, it looks way more expensive in person than it does in the listing. Fair warning: the box arrives pretty heavy, so grab a friend to help you move it and definitely don't try to build it while you're tired. It comes with everything you need—even small gloves and tools, but it’s a 2-to-3-hour project that requires some patience and focus. Once you get into a flow, the instructions are super self-explanatory and easy to follow. I’ve been using this for a while now and I’m obsessed with the quality; it’s a total vibe for anyone looking to upgrade their home aesthetic. Check out the detailed video I dropped to see it in action on the video ! ... show more

  • Excellent two door cabinet easy to assemble.
These are great two door storage - wheeled cabinets, especially for the price point. The wheels work well and assembly was faster and easier than previous cabinets I have assembled. Really easy if you have a helper to get the first pieces upright and the corners on. The paint finish is excellent (light gray) and the hardware was decent quality. Using a power drill- driver will speed things up immensely. A bit of a minus point for the instruction illustrations which could have been larger and clearer. Additionally, they arrived undamaged by Fed Ex ( a pleasant surprise). Packaging overall was very good. ... show more

  • Absolutely love these cabinets
Color: Black Size: Larger 72'' Rolling Cabinet (2-Door)
Whoever designed the packaging for these cabinets knew what they were doing. It's double boxed with steel corners. The boxes arrived beat up but the cabinets were pristine. The first cabinet had a learning curve because I'm not a directions follower naturally. The assembly directions are clear and straight forward. Just follow them. The kit supplies a high quality magnetic screwdriver but recommends using a batter operated drill because of the number of screws. I agree. It as fun to assemble. Everything fit, no parts missing and the kit layout couldn't be better. I like these much better than similar cabinets I purchased from harbor freight. These cabinets have wheels which allows them to be moved for cleaning. The are heavy duty enough that I'm storing dozens of power tools inside. ... show more

  • Flimsy junk, arrived pretty beat up. Very thin metal. Flimsy junk, arrived pretty beat up. Very thin metal.
Color: Blue Size: 72'' Rolling Cabinet (2-Door)
I've edited this post to accurately reflect the condition of the product upon delivery and my personal opinion in regards to it's quality and my opinion on the stated weight capacity per the advertisement. I opened the box, pulled out the first two pieces, the right side panel was on top, dented and creased, I was able to straighten it some, but it's still creased and looks horrible. Second piece was the left door. The inside of the door in the area of the peg board is the bulk of the damage, it's pushed in pretty bad and no way to pull it out. The metal is stretched, if pulled out it would bow outward. It looks horrible, the pegs hang all crooked in it. That pegboard is a real eyesore. I didn't purchase a brand new $200.00 cabinet to get something all beat up, I'm not happy about this. It's assembled now, pics will be included, it's difficult to get the damage to show well in a photograph. For the price, these are really thin and flimsy. No way are these going to hold the weight they advertise, 150 pounds x 5, plus 33 pounds in each door? That is a total of 816 pounds! this thing would literally cave in with the listened weight in it. Now think about attempting to move it loaded with 816 pounds (it's on wheels and meant to be moved around in a shop), never happen, a person could be severely injured or worse putting the stated load in this cabinet. I personally would not put half that weight in it. It would be nice to have the left door replaced, I don't know how to go about that. Assembly wasn't bad, though take care not to over tighten the small screws that are used throughout most of the build, they will strip with minimal effort. The doors were the most difficult part, the hinges on both doors were bent out of alignment. I'm wishing now that I had kept the cabinets I gave away and restored them as they were industrial quality. ... show more

  • Instructions stink
Color: White Size: 71'' Cabinet (4-Door & 1-Drawer)
Cabinet is good quality. Instructions leave a lot to be desired. Very, very confusing how top cabinet doors go together.

  • Shorter than I thought, but pretty solid and roomy
Color: Grey Size: Larger 72'' Rolling Cabinet (2-Door)
This is shorter than I thought, mainly because the wheels and thick bottom take away a good 6 inches of height. Nevertheless, it holds everything I had in mind with room to spare. I wasn't planning on putting on the wheels, but left them on because I'm tall. Not sure how it rolls fully loaded. Kinda a scared to roll it. The door sticks a bit, but I got used to it. It is possible I misunderstood the instructions for the locking mechanism. Those were really unclear. I found the rest of the instructions pretty good though. I didn't find the instructions when I unpacked the boxes. The instruction and locking bars where located between 2 shelves that I didn't bother to separate until it was time to load the shelves, which I correctly figured was one of the last steps. I found the instructions on the Vigli website and printed them out. They were harder to follow in black and white, print them in color/grayscale. When I finally found the instructions, they were easier to follow, but I had already completed most of the steps. Took me about 4 hours to put together. That includes dismantling and reassembling the top of unit because I put it on backwards. As suggested by another commenter, I carefully marked every component with marker and blue tape (she used crayon) in multiple places to identify the part letter and which way is up or front. That was a very helpful tip, except when I promptly ignored my tape when I put on the top. After drilling in 40 screws to secure the top, I had to unscrew 40 screws, rotate the top, then drill them back in. About 2 of those hours were spent unpacking. A box within a box with metal corner guards and lots of precisely packed Styrofoam. I had to double check this came from China because the packaging made me feel like it came from Japan. Despite all of that there was one slight bend of a corner and some scratches, but one of best protected shipments I've seen. Definitely get a power screw driver. Also, get a magnetic ph1 bit. The magnetic bit I finally bought a few years ago really paid off for this work. Also, get a 90 degree adaptor for the back panels. I ended up manually screwing those in with the provided screw driver which I laid flat on the back of the panel. After this was done, I noticed I placed my 90 degree bit adapter with a different drill, that would've been nice. While largely unused, the provided screw driver was nice enough to throw in my tool box and not the trash where these tools usually go. One other issue is the lower front inside slots for the shelf was misaligned with the 4 other slots on the back and other front inside. It was aligned as I went further up and the lowest shelf is stable enough, but that is very disappointing at this price point. Having said that, the shelf supports are easy to install, if you read the instructions which ai didn't initially, and are very solid. I've weighed that entire shelf down with gallon buckets of paint without any sagging. I know I griped a lot, but I'm very pleased with this. The deeper and wider shelves work really well and allow me to store a lot of stuff. I love the pegboards. While not intended, I may enjoy the mobility if I ever get the courage. ... show more

  • Keep screw gun torque low.
Color: Black Size: Larger 72'' Rolling Cabinet (2-Door)
Nice storage cabinet, very sturdy assembled. I love the locking wheels. Parts were packaged very carefully. The enclosure arrived totally undamaged. Sheet metal is thin when assembling. Keep the torque on your screw gun as low as possible. I stripped a couple, and I am considering installing pop rivets for their replacement. Set the torque just enough to get the screws started. ... show more
