    • Tedious Set-Up, Great Camera
Set up is a little tedious, but once the camera is set up, it works great! I originally received one as a gift to put in a room for my new kitten so I could watch her while I was at work, and I have since purchased 3 additional cameras to put in the other rooms of my house to watch my cat! I have had no issues so far with any of them. You can take photos and record video if you have the app open and are looking at the feed. If you want the camera to record video while you are not looking at the open app on your phone, you either have to get a sim card or purchase cloud storage in the app separately. I have not done either so I cannot comment on that. But for purposes of live viewing, they work just fine! ... show more

    • Good video quality, terrible audio
I needed a pet cam to keep an eye on my two cats when I go out of town for more than one day. So far this camera seems to work well. I did not buy a memory card to record, I just wanted to be able to check in on a live feed and this camera works for that. Part of the reason I chose this one is because it includes a microphone so I can speak through the camera from my phone to get my cat’s attention, but the audio is terrible! It echoes so bad it scares my cats, sounds like the house is being invaded by robot aliens attempting to impersonate their human. So I don’t use that feature. It came with the audio at max volume and it took me a while to figure out how to lower the volume but even that didn’t help the echo. Oh well, it works for the visual which was what I most wanted it for. The camera covers a large area and you can pinch to zoom in, or swipe to swivel the camera side to side, or up and down to view more of the room. It was relatively easy to set up, it just took me two tries to connect to my wifi signal. I have not tried the night vision yet so I can’t rate that. ... show more

    • Best app performance in a camera
I’m just really happy with this little camera. There have been no issues with the app sending notifications to my phone when it detects motion, you can set it to physically move to follow the motion or when you’re controlling it from the app, it can be set to play a sound from the device when it detects motion, you can talk through it (although the speaker is a bit grainy). It’s better at detecting motion than my Ring device, although the picture quality isn’t HD it still does the job. I put it in my window to detect when packages are dropped off, because it’s more reliable at notifying me than my other cameras. There’s an option to insert an SD card for recordings, but you need to format the SD card on a PC first. Overall I’m very happy with my purchase! ... show more

I did not have this camera a year before the camera had some form of hardware malfunction which does not allow you to see anything in the evening time. When I purchased the camera I thought it came with a warranty and yet I am unable to do anything in regards to replacing the camera outside of purchase another. Prior to these last few weeks the camera has worked just fine although the color has not been consistent and primarily stayed black and white. For the price the camera is fine, but be prepared to buy another one if you want to make it a full year using it. ... show more

    • Worst purchase ever and Piss poor support!
Had ADT security come to the house and these front door cameras did not record them coming or my next visitor. When I asked why from tech support, the reply I got is below. Not worth the money if they don't record when they are suppose to at a sensitivity of 85%, when you turn up the sensitivity to 100% and only have Human Detection, the sensor goes off without any human present. Hello Customer, Thanks for your email. 1. Please kindly note that all the recordings are on your phone, none one have the recordings but you. As our camera is a highly secure camera, we don't have the way to check your video and find the video that you don't have them. 2. The cloud storage only records the event, so if the camera won't be triggered by the activity, the camera won't record the videos and save it to the cloud. Thanks for your understandings. UPDATE: the seller got in contact with me about my issue with the first camera and made sure to help me through the problem as well as replaced the damaged one. They were really quick to help me and send me the package. I definitely recommend buying it, with such a great customer service there’s no need to fear purchasing this camera. Also, the camera quality is great. We got this camera to keep an eye on our cats while we were out of town and would only turn it on at those moments, so maybe like 2 or 3 weeks of use, and now that we were going to use it again the camera is not working at all. ... show more
