I like that the bulbs are exposed not only for the look of the light but the amount of light given off in the room. I purchased two of these light fixtures to replace old round basic fixtures in my entryway. One was new, the other one I received you could tell was opened and packaged back up as the stuff wasn't in the right spot and one of the little spindles was broke. This has the farmhouse look but it is not wood. It is a metal that is made to look like wood. Overall, it is a great light. We bought it for an entryway coming in from the garage. It really could be used in a few different places. It is well made and a great value!

So happy with how this looks in our guest bedroom! I’ve slowly been redoing the room and this fixture just really adds to the look I’m ahooting for.
