The media could not be loaded. I DJ parties and lately I've been DJing in between sets of my friends band performing. Been needing a lot more lights to fill the stage and for background lighting and up lighting. I've gotten a couple of RGB photography type lights that have the panels on the side to direct the light. I wanted a set like this because they don't look like photography lights. And I'm glad that I took a chance on them because these lights are amazing. Super bright and really do a great job filling out the stage. We've also used them as down lighting and up lighting for the band. Going to try them for a spotlighting the band next weekend because they also are super bright on white. Love the range of colors that these produce and have even used the pink which looks very cool. My photography lights do not produce this color. The remote was a little tricky at first but once we figured out the buttons from the instructions, the remote was then easy to use. Also downloaded the app which allows you control from your phone. He's also can be controlled from the back panel and we love the dial to be able to turn down the brightness. These are really bright and do an amazing job filling out the performance. These well blank if you want them to blink instead of just being a solid color as well. The tripods with these are much better built than the tripods I have for my photography lights hey come with the swivel head so that you can point them down as well. You're looking for a good set of lights to set the mood, really change the ambiance and use for a party, definitely buy these. They come with a really nice slim case that is padded and keeps the tripods from bumping into each other and scratching off the paint. The padded inside and outside of the case also protect the light panels. This is a great deal for what you get and is well worth the money. LED lights will last forever too. I definitely recommend these!

I teach online flexibility & contortion classes and needed some better lighting for my live streaming classes so I was looking at some ring light style lights and LEDs like these. Eventually settled on these since they had great reviews and they looked big enough to be able to light me from across the room (vs cheaper, smaller models that would need to be closer) and they were SO worth the ~$200 just for that use case alone. If I’m teaching in front of a window during the day, they help prevent me from being totally washed-out, and in the evenings I can crank them up and adjust the warmth/coolness so it looks “natural” and not like the awful default overhead lighting in my room. I’ve also really enjoyed playing with the color settings for photos (mostly keeping the lights closer to my body). They are stupid easy to adjust using the phone app (download the Weeylite app, it is infinitely more user-friendly than the dinky remote that comes with these, and it’s free!). I was able to get some really cool set ups with absolutely ZERO experience/knowledge about how lightning is supposed to work (note: avoid looking directly at these, they are REALLY bright and I think that’s not great for your eyes). I imagine someone with an actual photography background who understands “best practices” for lighting theory could really have some fun with these. And the customer support is fantastic. When I set up the lights the day they arrived, one of the LEDs wasn’t working (despite the back digital panel turning on, no light would come out the front). I reached out to their support tam through Amazon and Laisy went above and beyond helping me trouble-shoot (to no avail, unfortunately), and eventually sent me a replacement light. It took about 2 weeks to arrive from the warehouse, but honestly it was such great customer service I couldn’t be upset. The bottom line: HIGHLY recommend, even for amateurs with no lighting knowledge. These totally make me feel more like a pro!

I’m trying out these LED lights as I’m used to using moonlights hi intensity with shadowboxes. After opening up the case I found everything was intact and no damage. I did purchase the batteries because I do remote shooting without any power and I found this extremely useful on a big photo shoot that I did. For the money the quality is just OK this is not a high-end product but it’s got a big bang for the buck. The remote control is fine I find that using my iPhone it’s much quicker and changing colors is very cool. I can basically use one light as a gel and get the color that I need for the background and use the other one that is white for lighting the subject or whatever I’m shooting. The only thing that I do not like is the mount like a GoPro for the mount from the lights to the stand I don’t think that’s very stable but the lights are not that heavy. I would’ve given it five stars but really this is an entry-level lighting system for somebody that wants to get into photography. The best thing about it for me is the ease-of-use with the batteries mounting on the lights instead of carrying around a large battery pack to run larger lights. I would recommend buying this product it’s worth it.

These lights are very intuitive to use, light weight, and easy to set up. After a year of light use, one of the panels stopped working and now it just strobes in red light (the timing was unfortunate because I was listening to a horror movie, so it made it extra creepy). Overall, a good value, but know that the LED panels are cheaper and fragile.
