Put this on my Z for and love the speed and images. Perfect? Nope. Really good? Indeed. Some lateral color but mostly not objectionable. Great build quality, solid metal construction, fits the camera. Good portrait lens.

Gorgeous image quality-especially for the price on the Nikon ZFC. Lightweight not too large but I cannot deal with a slow low light autofocus so I am returning. The ZFC is already giving me trouble with missed focus points. Trade off as you will.

Worked great for my sisters wedding and portraits I’ve taken so far. Super sharp, good enough auto focus for non-sports, very solid build quality, and excellent price point. Lens hood is a little janky…but it works. Immediately became one of my favorite lenses ever paired with the Z7

I bought this lens for my Nikon Zfc in September, 2024. It is a good looking lens matching my new Nikon siver finich, but It did not function when I finally was able to try it out 45 days later. I contacted what Viltrox support by email. They responded to go back to Amazon. I was past the 30 minute return window with Amazon so had to go back to Viltrox. They have never responded back to me after repeated attempts. Looks like I am out $319 on a lens that never worked! I will not purchase anymore from Viltrox and will continue trying to get my money back with the one year warranty, but am running out of time. Don't recommend this at all.

Wonderful value lens and really good image quality. Love the background rendering. Not too far off from Nikons on sharpness and focus speed, and Viltrox has been updating the lens to improve the focus accuracy and speed. For the price I think its a great buy.
