This lens is amazing, and I absolutely love using it. The image quality is excellent, with great color rendition and very sharp images. The autofocus is fast and reliable as well. I’ve been using this lens mostly for nighttime photography of fast-moving subjects, and it has performed with no issues. The lens does not have image stabilization, but if your camera body has in-body image stabilization, it really shouldn’t be a problem. I’m very impressed with the overall performance, especially considering it costs much less than comparable Nikon lenses. Firmware updates are also easy to manage through the USB connection, although you will need to download the software first. Normally, with third-party lenses, I always perform a lens calibration, but I didn’t need to do any calibration with this one. Overall, this lens feels very well made, delivers excellent results, and offers incredible value for the money. Viltrox really needs to make a longer-range lens as well, something like a 200mm or 300mm, because I would definitely be interested in buying one. ... show more

The lens is sharp definitely gives beautiful picture however the AF on the Z63 is ridiculous. It always converts to manual focus no matter what AF setting I have on that’s in picture in video no matter what I do is ridiculous. I was missing shots. I couldn’t focus. I’m thinking I’m focusing then I realize I have to adjust cause it’s in manual. I check my settings and it’s converting to manual. I turned the camera off turn it back on if I take the lens off and put it back on the AF work for maybe two shots and then it’s back to manual sending back probably will never order another viltrox product ... show more
