It comes with several pieces of furniture for each room, as well as accessories and cute little dolls. The furniture can be arranged and re-arranged to my little one’s content. This was a pain to put together. Also, I bought the largest set only to find that the "rooms" are duplicates. It's supposed to be like a 12 room mansion but all the backgrounds are duplicates of others. Im not sending back because daughter is happy with it, but u definitely get what u pay for in this instance.

I bought this 3-storey dollhouse for my daughter’s 5th birthday, and she hasn’t stopped playing with it since. The size is perfect—big enough to feel like a real little home, but not so large that it takes over the room. She loves rearranging the 8 rooms and using the 25+ pieces of furniture to create her own little stories. The two dolls and four dogs included are a great touch and have inspired all kinds of pretend play, from family dinners to pet care adventures. It arrived in a prompt time and looked fantastic right out of the box. The 'luxury' furniture is cute and colorful – like small sofas, beds, and tables. It's classy enough to function for make-believe but is clearly made for kids. She plays with the various furniture on a daily basis by rearranging the furniture and creating small stories for her dolls. It does look sturdy enough for a toddler; no pieces broken so far despite constant usage. The furniture is not highly fragile, which is wonderful for little hands. It's a suitable size, not too big for her bedroom. It's all safe – no sharp edges. It appears to be good quality for the price. For a basic dollhouse with bright furniture that toddlers enjoy, this is ideal.

It is definitely one of the smallest houses I have ever seen, but it is perfect for young children. The house is relatively easy to assemble and becomes very sturdy after being put together. It is very cute and colorful. The accessories are also very realistic. The matching furniture is of good quality, which is very important because my children love to destroy everything that can be damaged. So if your children are more gentle, these furniture pieces are sufficient for play. What I like about this house is its size and portability - our home has very limited space, so there is not much extra space to place large toys. When I discovered that this house saves space, I was very happy. My 5-year-old daughter loves it and plays with it all day long.

I am not impressed by this dollhouse. The structure is sturdy and I got the 12 room house but the walls are flimsy cardboard that took 3 hours to get together and I only ended up doing 10 rooms. The accessories are very flimsy, easily breakable and break apart easily that need superglue to keep together . What happened to quality? The pic I took shows on the right is my old dollhouse stuff that lasted my entire childhood and will last forever. and on the left is the stuff that came with the house and already broken from just putting it away in a box until next time my daughter takes it out.
