What else can I say? They are cap screws... They have the correct threads; I haven't twisted any off or stripped the hex in the head, but I'm not using them in any high torque situations. Delivery was quick.

This review is for the 238 piece set of assorted M6 metric socket head bolts. The manufacturer's photos show exactly what the kit contains: 10 pieces each of M6x20, M6x25 & M6x30 bolts; 8 pieces each of M6x35 & M6x40 bolts; 6 pieces each of M6x45 & M6x50 bolts; and 60 pieces each of M6 flat washers, lock washers & plain hex nuts. Each type of hardware is shipped in separate plastic bags inside a very nice plastic storage case. The case has a tight filling latch to keep the lid closed and comes with 15 plastic dividers so you can arrange the pieces to your liking. A short 5mm Allen wrench is also included. The hardware is made from A2 stainless steel also known as type 304 or 18/8 stainless because it ‘approximately’ contains 18% chromium and 8 % nickel. From an internet search: “A2 (304, 18/8, EN 1.4301) is an austenitic steel and is non-magnetic. The chromium provides a corrosion and oxidation resistance, however, it can tarnish. It is immune to foodstuffs, sterilizing solutions, most organic chemicals and dyestuffs, also a wide variety of inorganic chemicals. As such it is used extensively for sinks, tabletops, stoves, refrigerators, pots, pans dairy equipment, brewing industry, fruit industry, food processing plants, dye tanks, pipelines, and more. A2 grade comes in three property classes: 50 (soft), 70 (cold-worked) and 80 (high-strength).” This hardware is made from the most common grade 70 class stainless steel which is cold drawn from bar stock. They are medium strength bolts (labeled A2-70) with a tensile strength of 700 Nmm-2 and 450 Nmm-2 proof stress. In all, a very nice kit to have on hand.

Shen you have a workshop like I do, you can have enough nuts, bolts, screws, etc., so when I saw this ‘VIGRUE 238PCS M6-1.0 x 20/25/30/35/40/45/50mm Hex Socket Head Cap Screws’ on Amazon, I knew I would a use for it at some point. I like the fact that this screw set has all the same sized screws…M6…just in different lengths. That makes it super convenient to find the exact one I need. And have them all in case with the nuts is awesome. The quality of these hex screws and nuts is just ok. They are tooled properly for the size but do tend to strip if you tighten them too much. They’re good for minor jobs only. I would order this ‘VIGRUE 238PCS M6-1.0 x 20/25/30/35/40/45/50mm Hex Socket Head Cap Screws’ set again strictly on the fact it gives you a good assortment of bolts of the same size in varying lengths. Disclaimer: By the time I write this review, I am enolled in the Amazon Vine Program. I received this item through it, free of charge. Just a nice assortment of hex cap screws. Includes regular washers, locking washers, nuts, and (Hooray!) hex key - just in case you do not shop at Ikea. All items are in bags. Even though this is additional packaging, it also prevents mix-ups. Like it. So,this is a complete kit. I take it as a starter kit and will refill as needed while I progress with my projects. .
