This is my first time getting a gamer chair and I really enjoy it. It has a lot of support and I don't feel I regret this purchase at all. It's very comfortable but after sitting in it for a few hours I would say it gets uncomfortable (which is totally fine at this price point). I would say that the instructions were really difficult to find at first but it was in the box.     • Its not loose.. Not for big and Tall.
Some say the chair gets loose and it does feel that way but theres no way to tighten it passed the original point with out stripping anything. So if it wobbles slightly its normal. But the main selling point is for big and tall people. Im 5’6” at 150. Its not as roomy as one might think. But it’ll get up there in hight if leg room is more your concern. Cause at full extension my feet dangle off the ground. May be I'm to light but the spring cushion seat does not feel like a couch. Oh and the foot rest, more like a calf rest… like i knew it was too good to be true but it works if your smaller and cross your legs or put your feet together. Even then if your big and tall you may as well not install it cause the screws holding it up are smaller then the rest and even I'm scared to break it off by adding to much pressure to it. Barely put your feet on it or it could just break. Like i tried leaning forward with my feet on the rest and i heard it bind or pop and i quickly leaned back and got off the rest. Buuut other then that it works great and feels like a real solid chair compared to others the are filled with like that pillow stuffing. ... show more

One month of ownership and home office use... Not a premium chair. Arm rests are loose, wobbly. back rest gradually leans back even though it's in a "locked" position, lots of creaks and random noises. Starting to lean to one side and starts going down slow. (No I'm not exceeding or even near the advertised weight limit). Too much of a pain to try and dismantle and return, soon will end up in the dumpster. Had high hopes for this chair. I give this gaming chair a 10/10. I got the extra padded seat, and it’s super comfortable. You can sit for hours and you won’t hurt at all! The handles are not durable. It will fall apart. You’re better off finding something more durable but it is somewhat comfortable.

The media could not be loaded. ***Update*** After writing this review, The seller reached out with a sincere apology for the experience and a desire to make it right which is why I'm changing the review from 1 star to 4 as the chair is what it is, but the customer service/support/response is second to none. One month of ownership and home use... I guess I didn't buy a premium chair. Arm rests are loose and arnt padded well, back rest gradually leans back even though it's in a "locked" position, lots of creaks and random noises (No I'm not exceeding or even near the advertised weight limit). Too much of a pain to try and dismantle and return the thing, so I guess I will just deal with it until it eventually get so annoying it finds the dumpster.
