    • Vibrating lumbar pillow? Say what?
There's so many of the 'racing gamer' chair styles to choose from, I never understood why there were so many or why they were so popular. Needed a new chair, starting looking around, found this guy. The aesthetic/design is what popped out at me first. The sleet jet black with minor labeling and cool textured middle areas with lumbar/head pillows caught my attention. When building it, thankfully they put up a video for installation which made things go by very quick and easy. The manual was also simple and written out well. When sitting in the chair for the first time, the cushions were firm, lumbar and head pillows really helped form your posture. I now see why these designs are popular, they're meant to sit you up right with your spine in the right position. Very high quality material and highly adjustable. You'd be surprised how much the upper neck support can be helpful to rest your head on. The foot rest was a nice bonus, won't use it very often but cool to be able to kick that out if I feel like it. I think the best surprise was the power cord attached to the lumbar pillow. I plugged that bad boy in and there it was, gzzzzzz right into my lower back. Went from a crappy office style chair to sitting up right in firm leather padding with a vibrating lower back pillow and neck support. Great product at a fair price. Recommend! ... show more

I like my new chair , I use it for work and for gaming, I stay comfy majority of the day ,it is big enough to sit in it cross legged. However the top headrest is a bit too high for me to have that perfect neck/head support while sitting back, I am 5'3, it's a couple inches too high and the chair headrest support is removable but not not fully adjustable. I will end up purchasing another neck support pillow . I appreciate that it comes with that additional u shape pillow however I use that for additional lower back support since I do sit nearly 8 hours a day for work. It does have a massage function however I do not use it due to the cord being uncomfortably short, it barely reaches my tower which sits right next to me, Im scared I will scoot back and rip the cord out of the usb port, I'll probably have to buy an extension cord for it. The massage function is more like a dull vibration. I do like the leg rest I wish it was a tad longer so my feet could rest directly on it while my legs are fully extended. I do love that the chair lays back all the way. . Overall it's a good chair, if I could find the right position I could probably extend the foot rest out lay the chair all the way back and sleep on it ( Keep in mind it is a gaming chair not a plush couch). Make sure you truly want it before you buy it because you do have to pay to send it back. My body is 6' 220lbs and I have a 40" waistline. My shoulders are pretty broad as well. After reviewing about 20 chairs and reading all the dimensions of the chairs I found this the widest as well as tallest. It has nice padded arm rests for your elbows and the v shaped neck rest is actually pretty nice I kinda want one for my car now. The plastic is heavy duty and all the bolts are sturdy. I have full confidence in this chairs 'tegrity. The whole chairs is adjustable too instead of having the tilty chair that makes you feel like you're gonna fall. At the time of this review I hadn't even remembered to open up the massage back rest thing but yes it is there and im sure it's gonna work lol ... show more

Update: Have tried to contact company, but only available through an email on their website. Amazon can do nothing, as requires original box to return and I do not have that. This is the WORST chair I have ever purchased and they offer no contact information at all to Amazon. So still hate this chair and as this is the second chair I have purchased, would like so decent response and service - which is not offered by this company!! Disabled, veteran, and bulk of time spent on computer (business courses and online business). My office has a wood floor, so nothing to imped movement. Last chair had wheels that locked up and as I had to jerk the chair around to move, caused severe back pain. This is a "big and tall", so expected, with all the ammenities it offered, I would finally have a chair that would work. I have only one complaint, but is major for me. Chair is too low, causing severe cramping and leg spasms (thighs). Am unable to return as I did not keep the box. Have learned that the reason I cannot remove the lift cylinder to replace with one that would work, is because of the construction of the equipment. Cylinder is locked in and cannot be removed. Amazon policy requires a return for refund. So I have no funds to replace with a chair that might actually work for me and stuck trying to find enough cushions to raise myself up in the seat, to a comfortable working condition. Tired of trying to find a chair that won't cripple me in some way. I am not able to give any positive review, due to what I am left to work with. ... show more
