The seat and cushions are very high-quality and high-quality stitching. The switches on the side that recline and lift the chair are also very high-quality and feel very sturdy. Also, I was going to buy a set of nice wheels, but I’m glad I waited until this got in because although the wheels that come with this are plastic, they are high quality! When moving this chair across my tile floor, it is almost silent, compared to my other loud obnoxious office chairs with cheaper wheels. This chair puts my neck and back in perfect posture while sitting at my work desk, and is exactly what I wanted. I didn’t expect a vibrating pillow to be that strong either but it’s actually a very nice feeling and noticeable and you can lift it to your upper back which is where I have pain. Overall, very happy with this purchase. The only thing that I would change is to make the holders that hold the foot rest extender to the chair metal instead of plastic. Not saying these aren’t strong on this chair, but I have seen another chair with a foot rest break at the spot because it was plastic. But overall, this is an awesome chair, and great for the money.     • The back leans back the seat doesn't.
The chair is really large. A heavy person would easily fit into it. The back is nice and high and offers great support for the neck. There is a handle that allows the back to recline but you have to reset it for every movement. I am used to having a handle that pulls out and allows the seat and back to lean together (kind of like a rocker) and this chair doesn't do that. It is a feature that all my other chairs have had and I miss it. The chair seems to be of very good quality but lacks a little in the design area. The assembly is a little more difficult because of the way the back fits and have to install the footrest. The comfort is a four star because not being able to tilt the whole seat back keeps the chair from being as comfortable as it could be. The support is good but being made for a larger person I slide around a bit. The chair is a solid four out of four and for those wanting a fabric chair (which is what I wanted) it is well worth the price I paid ($170). ... show more

When I sit on the chair, my waist feels great, and the pad also has a massage function. The chair is not really soft, so if sit on it for long hours, my bottom won't feel the heat. Some chair has horns beside the legs, so you can't open the legs. However, this chair doesn't have horns, so everything feels really good. I really like it. ... show more

I decided to upgrade my office and even though this chair is new and doesn't have a lot of reviews, I took a leap on it. I was looking for good support for my back, especially an adjustable lumbar that can be used in the middle of my back and a decent price. It was easy to assemble and so far seems pretty sturdy. I do wish the armrests were slightly higher. The back support seems outstanding. When you fully recline and use the leg rest, it's shockingly comfortable. My only complaint besides the armrest height is the seat pad is fairly hard. I'm hoping maybe it will break in. However, part of my office upgrade is a sit/stand desk, so perhaps an uncomfortable seat pad will encourage more standing. LOL. ... show more

This chair is perfect. Pillowy soft, mesh feels nice to touch, many pillows for support, wide frame. The foot stand could be a bit sturdier, it tends to wobble just a little but it doesn’t cause any real issues. I was hesitant to buy for my bf with the little reviews the product has but before we even assembled it he was in love! I would highly recommend ... show more

    • Not XL friendly...
The lift on this thing broke within less than 3 months and it came with that lumbar massage thing not working at all. The only way to have gotten a new one was to send back the whole chair which would be more trouble than it was worth. So unless you have a height adjustable desk because your chair is set to the lowest when it breaks I would get a better XL chair. ... show more

    • Arms are weak
I have owned my chair for 3 months now as it took them two weeks to get me my next day chair. Assembled chair and put a cover over it as to not damage the fabric on the arms. I like to lean alot on my chairs, specifically on the arms. Well apparently the arms for these chairs need constant tightening... and now my right arm for the chair is hanging off the seat. Didn't even last three months and im out of warranty now. Seats comfortable though, and is wide for a larger person, but with that being said, im sure a larger person would have snapped this arm even faster... poor design overall. Hard to find good PC chairs ... show more
