When these are unpacked they are vacuum sealed and rolled up. I was amazed at how quickly they fluffed up after unwrapping. Very comfortable pillows. I replaced pillows that cost twice as much and these are much better. My husband normally had to turn his pillow, scrunch it up and is constantly repositioning with the old pillows but not with these. He slept more soundly and with less tossing and turning. I bought a larger set of these pillows and they fluffed up very well. This set is still flat after a week of sitting. I put them in the dryer after I got them and it made very little difference. Very disappointed. Update: after a few weeks and putting them in allergy covers, the pillows are now as fluffy as I needed them to be. Excellent pillows. They are perfect for what I need. Everyone is different but they are a perfect fit for me. Not too hard and not too soft. The right amount of support for my head and neck. Very comfortable and you can't beat the price for two.

I’ve had these a few months now and can definitely say they’re worth the price. It’s so easy to walk into a store and purchase $5-10 pillows but they’ll be flat in no time. These are so soft but firm. I sleep like a baby with them. Will definitely be purchasing more!

I originally bought a pair of these pillows to replace some old yellow "traditional stuffed" pillows I have had for probably ten years. Bought them a few months ago just to test them out before buying more, as I had four total pillows I wanted to replace. I was impressed! Whatever they are filled with seem to bounce back to their original shape, even after sleeping on them for over a month. Whenever I've purchased pillows in the past from retailers with brand names (calvin klein, ralph lauren, etc) they seem to only keep their shape for a few weeks before developing some sort of lumps and the filling gets displaced. The Viewstar pillows are very poofy and they bounce back to their shape within seconds of lifting your head off of them. I'm a side sleeper and am used to sleeping with two pillows. I tried this out for about a week with these pillows, but realized it's too poofy and my head angle is a bit too high for comfort. It's like sleeping on a giant marshmallow. Haha. So, now I'm just using one. When switching to just one, it seemed like the pillow was flattening out. But no, it has always bounced back even after a month. So, I give this 4 stars because I'm sure there are better memory foam pillows out there. And my only complaint is that it's not a PERFECT height for my head when sleeping on my side. Ideally, I wish I could sleep on one and a half of these. But, I liked them so much that I bought another pair to replace the other two pillows on my bed. Now I have four brand new pillows that I like. They don't get hot, they keep their shape, and they're pretty comfy. Can't beat these for the same price you would pay for pillows that get lumpy over time. ... show more

These pillows support side and back sleepers! It did not lie! I wonder what took me so long to purchase queen size pillows! It covers more of the bed when made up, which also means you don't need as many throw pillow to fill up the look. But, when you sleep (size or back) it's firm but soft! Yes, I know an oxymoron, but it the truth! We have so many sleep problems and look for pillows to help us, I definitely would recommend these pillows! ... show more

This pillow is just firm enough for side sleepers. We bought another brand that felt like it had no filling. These are fluffy, but quite soft. Just enough filling for side sleeping, but still soft enough for back sleepers. They are washable though we have not washed them yet, but are not off-gassing chemicals that are detectable. Very pleases with the purchase overall. We would prefer a little more filling and having the option to add/remove filling would move this to a five star rating. ... show more
