Great read and informative for non Navy types , I too was a ND and went to school with Master Diver Garcia. Coronado was no joke!!! 10 mile runs in calf deep soft sand, bay swim, running with Bertha the 12 inch towing line that weighed a hundred pounds of foot when soaked. The whole time the instructors grilling drilling killing you 6am-6pm Then after graduation, the sights and adventures you embark on can be once in a lifetime experience Thanks MDV for a solid book and trip down memory lane.
