I Heard great reviews about the company and the products from a friend and decided to give it a try since the texture was much softer rather than the smooth OEM shell. The build and quality of the shell is rather nice, however there are many issues, specifically with the cut. When I first installed the shell, I felt a bump of some kind around the left joystick, but a little scratching had smoothed it out and I had no issues spinning the stick. However it was only after a few hours of gameplay that I noticed the range of movement was not 1:1. I went to the calibration and noticed the range was not reaching where it should, and after comparing it to a stock OEM pro controller, I assumed I had installed it poorly. After opening up the controller again and testing it without the shell, there is no issues whatsoever, but with the shell, it is not cut to properly allow the full range of movement on the stick, and any fix I could attempt would ruin the shell itself. Very dissatisfied and I don't know if this is how all of their products ship, but looking at the quality of the buttons I would have to assume this is how their products all are. Their poor quality builds make the controller unusable, and their support says this is intnetional so they will not give you any support if you complain. Would give 0-stars but cannot.

This Pro Controller shell is very sturdy. It feels just like the real thing in terms of structure, but with a very soft texture feel. Taking apart the controller wasn't too bad, but it definitely will take some time and patience to do this. Don't yank anything and be easy with any cables to make sure nothing breaks. I definitely recommend this to anyone that is interested in modifying the look of their own controller!

Not sure if this is related to the soft touch white shell at being more receptive to staining and discoloration, or if it’s because the extreme rate red grips are just giving off extra paint / coating, but nonetheless, the red grips I bought are discoloring the white shell (see photos). Additionally, the holes provided for the joysticks are a bit rough around the edges. Bit a dealbreaker, but noticeable. The shell parts themselves are well constructed, smooth, and fit almost as well as OEM parts from what I can tell, with some exception that they aren’t quite as tightly fitted to each other. All in all, 3/5 stars. Knowing what I know now in this review, I might have made different choices.
