The media could not be loaded. I was very excited to receive my camera and when it arrived it did not read my SD card. I reached out to the seller to ask what I can do and he immediately requested my address to send me a new one. No questions asked! He sent me a new camcorder within 2 days of reaching out AND he even included two SD cards with it! The camera works perfect now and I am soo happy! I asked the seller how would he like me to return the other one and he told me to do whatever is convenient for me. It is good for beginning use or for vlogging. The instructions could be a bit more specific but I was able to figure it out. Overall, for the price it is worth it!

    • You get what you paid for!!!
This is a really cute compact video camera, but it is very difficult to use. The touch screen is iffy and it will say the SD card isn’t detected wont format it once it has been detected the SD card has to be reformatted every time you turn on the devices and than after it formats the SD card it removes what was on it from before so you continuously lose videos. I started to remove the SD card before turning on the camera and than putting it in and formatting. I have to take the videos off the SD card after every use or I will lose that video. ... show more

I think this is great for the price and seems to work great. The only problem which is major is that it doesn’t come with a battery charger. So we can only use it when it’s plugged in! Seems kind of crazy to me. I wish I hadn’t bought it since it doesn’t have the charger and now I have to order that separately. ... show more

    • Not able to zoom out. Screen upside down.
The media could not be loaded. After receiving a email from the manufacturer on how to flip the screen, everything is working just fine. Fast & quick response. I love how the video was easy to understand.
