Bought this for my son who always complains about speed. Even though he is an adult, I helped him set it up. We have Gig internet here but the 2 year old HP he had was slow on that. This computer starts up very fast, and they must have a fantastic wi-fi as you hit a key to search to rooms away from the router and the result is there that instant. Play a movie and is seamless, no delays. Also when first setting it up, all those updates were done in a couple minutes. He is certainly very happy. Not really a gamer, he just doesn't like to see circles on his screen. Not sure why the review asked for a rating on the touch screen - it is not a touch screen. For the price this is great for anyone who wants a fast computer, and a good size screen for a laptop as well. ... show more

Arrived good, functioned with no problem. I can play for hours with no problem but the only issue I had is the fact that I got 8GB instead of the 16 GB of RAM I was supposed to be delivered with however, vendor did an amazing job solving the issue.

I bought this laptop back in Feb 2022 for casual gaming. It ran great until the end of 2023 when the screen randomly went black and it wouldn’t boot. After some trouble shooting I sent to a computer repair company and they said the motherboard died. It was about $750 to repair which was more than I paid for the laptop. I got this laptop to run Minecraft rtx and it does great, it needs a ram upgrade tho cause 8gb really isn't that great for gaming but it still performs great.
