Tree arrived early and in good condition although box almost wasn't there on a couple sides. The tree itself is small but full and while heavily flocked it looks good and very little flocking came off during assembly/adjustment. (I put a tarp underneath in case but almost didn't need it.) Lights are on or off, so no blinking feature but they are decent multicolored lights. The flocking easily comes off if you feel its too thick but the lights look much better in the flocking than out as it creates a nice glow. I personally feel there are plenty of lights for this size tree but if you like your tree to be able to signal low flying aircraft you may want to add more. :-) This is the largest tree i would consider a tabletop tree as its really almost too big for that but it is how we used it (we have it on a side table rather than a regular one but it gives the tree visual height and keeps the dogs/children out of it.) ... show more

We are spending our first Christmas in our new house and decided to purchase this 9’ beauty. Upon arrival and unboxing the amazement began!! Very sturdy and well built tree. Simple to put together and easy clean up. Yes the flocking sheds but should be expected! Once fully put together we were amazed!! Absolutely stunning show piece… just when we thought it couldn’t get any better it got dark! Que the oooo’s and ahhhh’s!!! It lit up the whole room! I was looking for a heavily flocked small tree and stumbled onto this one. I always do my homework before I purchase. I read the best and worst reviews and decide from there. I chose this tree just for the concerns some have that there is too much flocking. Prepared I opened my package. It'as just what I wanted. it's going to showcase my copper brown and creme themed tree. I dont really have any negatives other than to mention that when decorated I will jupdate and post my finished tree. If you are looking for a small heavily flocked tree I'd say get a few ... show more

I purchased the 36" tree. It is stated in the description that it is 36" x 24". The length is right at 36", but the best I could get out of the width at the bottom was 18". There are lots of comments regarding the flocking and it is a flocking mess, but if you are buying it for the flocking, just understand you will be using the vacuum cleaner after putting the tree up and then again when taking it down. Also, the box that it comes in is not long enough for the tree, so mine looked like a tree with scoliosis that I could not get straightened. ... show more

Is it the prettiest artificial tree I've ever seen? Yes. Would I buy it again? Ummm, not sure. It's a heck of a mess. The flocking is just caked on, I've been putting it up for an hour trying to remove as much excess as I can while I shape it. There are no markers for where the large bulbs go so it's like finding a needle in a haystack with all that flocking covering the holes. I do love the big bulbs, I think I'll do that on every tree I have from now on. I think the flocking will most likely discolor in a year or two though. It is gorgeous, it does have some very unique qualities about it but it's a serious piece of work and mess. I'm still hunting for the places to put the large bulbs.... ... show more

I'm happy with this except the "snow" that is on it falls off very easily when trying to shape it out of the box and also when decorating. It's easy to store in a trash bag and doesn't take up much space in my basement. And because it's small, it doesn't take much to decorate so it's easy up and easy down. This is a well constructed tree. The flocking is heavy in areas but I’m sure it will lighten up over the years. Easy to assemble with one other person. I put it together and then began to “fluff”. My only comment is that the “snow” is quite slippery on the floor. However once I am done with the decorating I will vacuum and put a skirt under the tree. Shouldn’t be a problem anymore.     • Returned due to flocking mess.

I wanted a small Christmas tree to display on top of a cabinet in my front window this past holiday. So after doing some research I ordered this one. It arrived in a timely manner and was packaged nicely in a box it could be stored in year after year. The problem came when I opened the box to take it out and set it up. The tree is HEAVILY flocked and just taking it out of the box made a total mess. Once I started working with the tree straightening the branches, etc. the flocking debris just got worse and worse. Upon fixing all the branches I realized one side was flocked much heavier than the other side and in some places the flocking was caked on. Then I plugged it in. I was so very disappointed. The lights were dim and many were totally obstructed by the flocking. Matter of fact, many needed the flocking peeled off just to see the light at all. In addition the "multi-color" lights were red, green, blue and clear! Clear is not a "color" last time I checked. The clear lights were "clearly" out of place on this tree with the other colored lights. I had an awful mess to clean up and hadn't even begun to peel the flocking off the bulbs and decided it was just too messy to deal with. I didn't want to spend my holiday cleaning up flocking all over the place. I decided to return which I had no difficulty in doing with the seller. Keep in mind this is a beautiful tree, shaped very dramatically for so small, and well-made except for the flocking. Upon talking directly to the company (Vickerman) I do believe I just received a dud. They were the first to say it wasn't supposed to have that much flocking. I would recommend if you wanted one in green with clear lights. ... show more
