This sturdy little tree exceeded my expectations. I was going to add a small string of lights and place it on an outside table to complete my Christmas decorations but, it’s so pretty that I’m keeping it inside instead. Keep in mind however, that it’s not straight out of the box ready and requires LOTS of fluffing. There are many many delicate branches that need to be pulled down and carefully separated (I spent about a half hour). Another thing is that the diameter of the lowest branches is about 16 inches (more than 12) from tip to tip. I measured with a yardstick. This is a beautiful, realistic looking tree and a terrific value. I think the problem that some are having involves the amount of fluffing involved. Just be aware of this. You won’t be sorry.     • It Leans, But!

I hesitated to buy this tree after reading reviews that said it leaned, and that the middle branch was crooked. Sure enough, it is crooked- but only very slightly. I remedied this issue by putting the tree in a primitive bowl and tucking crumpled paper around the burlap base to offset the leaning. Worked like a charm. Then I put Spanish moss in the bowl to cover up the paper. I have to say, this is the prettiest little tabletop tree I've ever bought online... and I have many! It takes minimal fussing to fluff up the branches. It's very full and realistic in the end. I plan on putting fairy lights on it with floral wire. Don't hesitate to buy this. If you're willing to put ten minutes of love into it, the results are stellar! ... show more

After considerable fussing with the branches it's not a bad little tree for the price. My complaint is that it leans slightly. I noticed other reviewers mentioned this but I thought I could just kind of bend it but the main stem is very rigid and the pot with concrete like produce is proportionately small. The only thing I can do is shim it but I will need to find another fabric for the base to cover the shim and ridiculously small pot. All that said, it's not bad for the money. ... show more

    • MANUFACTURER (not the seller) GIVES FALSE ILLUSIONS
UPDATE: Now I know where they got the 30" from, there is one single sprig at the top that if you bend upwards will give you 30 inches, so I apologize. The quality of the tree is well made, but unfortunately mine came bent and it is SO well made that I cannot straighten it, but I still like it. ORIGINAL POST: I have been wanting this tree for a few years and got a GREAT deal from this seller thank you! My issue is with the manufacturer (Vickerman and I let them know), than none of the photos of this tree give you false illusions as to it's size and grandeur. Unfortunately my tree arrived in an open box and the tape was so old it couldn't hold the box closed. The box was badly damaged and the tree was bent. Ok, I got a good deal I wasn't upset...but when I started to 'unbranch' the tallest this tree was is 28 inches. Now 2 inches does not seem like alot but the overall look of this tree does not match the photos. Nor does the width look the same as the photos, so VERY disappointed with Vickerman's presentation. HOWEVER THE SELLER GETS 5 STARS FOR A BARGAIN deal, but I think this tree box has been around for some time. ... show more

    • Very fluffy, well-made realistic small pine tree!!
This tree turned out much better than expected. I recommend you set it on a table and start working on the lowest branches, pull them down one at a tome and straighten out each piece of the green wire, most come bent or a bit crooked. Rotate the tree slowly and do each lowest branch. Then refresh your coffee, take a minute, stand back a bit and check out the entire bottom row. Once that level looks fluffy, go to the next row. When u get to the top rows, put the tree on the floor (or coffee table) and its much easier to sit on the couch and do the upper rows. This tree has a ton of “tips” and really looks great when its fluffed out. After I finished, I took a collection of vintage toys and stuck them into the tree branches, a few pom poms, bows, and added some loose pine cones. (It comes with very small pine cones on it already and they feel real.) I put a large wire bow at the top of the tree, and wrapped the lowest part of the burlap-covered base with a vintage lace table runner. However the burlap bag was very old world style and done so nicely it doesnt need to be covered at all. The tree is much sturdier and heavy than I expected and well balanced, so it won’t tip over. I have a puppy visitor in the family, so tge tree us up on a bar area. A single strand of 50 LED lights on a battery box is perfect to add sparkle. If you don’t fluff the tree up, it looks sort of Charlie Brown style. After taking about 30 minutes (while watching the very memorable impeachment hearings( the tree looked just like a $90 tree I saw at a boutique store. It also looks just like the live small trees especially if u put it in a bucket. So its my 2019 impeachtree. The Charlie Brown option is viable for anyone who wants a pity tree. LOL. This is great for small areas, a table, office, childs room, or just a small living space. Highly recommend it be put on a table if you need a puppy proof tree! Happy Holidays!! ... show more

    • Excellent Tree … The one you Should Buy
It comes folded so you know its nice from the beginning. After unfolding I added tree decorations and then I noticed every branch needed it's smaller branches unfolded which took another 30 minutes. I have had a lot of fake trees in my lifetime and this is the best. Realistic, Strong, and full. I look around for a while and finally bought this... because it will make a great Christmas tree or a tree in a corner were no sunlight makes it impossible to get lite. I like the 30 inch... the size of a large plant. ... show more

I'm a little late with this review. I am a senior, and a recent widow. My kids are grown and it felt like too much trouble to put up a tree this year. I just wanted something table size and this is perfect. Very happy with it.
