As others have said, no instructions were included with this product. Using a system takes some understanding of sharpening, but that is taken for granted by the makers. First, the gouge holder feature that locks the gouge into the holder doesn't work correctly. They used a bolt and knob to attempt holding the gouge. The bolt head is too small and the knob is not attached to the bolt except by the threads. The knob won't turn the bolt down onto the gouge. Second, the opening for the gouge is too small for some of the larger gouges. Third, the tightening handle for the flat tool rest hits the tool rest table and therefore can't tighten the table. Fourth, orienting the table so that it can be tightened puts the cut out for the wheel on the wrong side and the tightening bar for the tool to be sharpened too far away from the wheel. There's probably more, but I'm not wasting my time even installing this poorly made system. Look at the pictures on Amazon. The chisels aren't oriented right. This is just a very poor copy of the Wolverine system without any understanding of how it works. Don't buy this. ... show more

This came in as I went on vacation. Somehow, I lost this guy's info to return or replace it. No instructions, and a bent table. The locks on the stationery pieces aren't tight enough for me either.

    • Gouge jig is sub-standard
I purchased this system because it was processed lower than the One Way. Although the cam lock and sliding bracket system are essentially identical to One Way, the actual jig to hold gouges is awful. I should have just sucked it up and bought the One Way.

Do not buy this item for any amount of money. Make your own. You can do a better job! Out of square, everything about it is wrong. Total waste of money!

I purchased this jig system. There are no instructions, just components in a box. I am not sure if I will keep it or send it back. I would not purchase this item. Other similar items are probably superior.
