The 4Star product rating is tentative but my experience with Vevor’s customer service was 5Star. My wife and I assembled the carport in a day (we are in our 70’s) without issues. After about 30 days exposure to the elements the seams separated at one end along with several grommets pulling out of the material. It appeared that the seams did not have sufficient overlap of material and the grommets were placed too near the edge of the material. I contacted customer service asking if they could provide a replacement roof or recommend a method of patching the issues. Two to three days after providing proof of purchase and photo’s of the issues Vevor’s customer service contact me via and advised they were shipping a replacement unit. The replacement is still in the shipping box as I have not had the time yet to deal with it and I have not inspected the new roof. My product rating maybe revised based on what I find, but there is no question that Vevor’s customer service provided a very good experience. ... show more

Was surprised at how sturdy this was for the price. The instructions were terrible, but it was easy to figure out how it went. We did have 3 people which is what I recommend. The cover is heavier than I thought it would be. The post are thick and strong.

I purchased this for my Tesla to be parked inside. We followed directions step by step. Look at the pictures I have included. It is falling apart. The straps on each corner lasted maybe 2 days before they ripped off. The elastic ties ripped out and pulled the grommets out. The top is ripping

Easy to assemble, easy to fall apart. This thing is constructed very poorly. It’s been up for two months and is ripping and tearing everywhere. The supports to hold to tent walls to the poles rip, the roof is getting pinhole tears in it. Do yourself a favor and find another car cover, this one will only bring disappointment. Likely won’t last me a year before I have to take this down and throw it out. ... show more

So far 2 times in the rain and wind, AND by no means heavy wind at all the thing has bent and fallen on my vehicle causing scratches and dents on my vehicle. Very poor quality looks like the poles and tarp is strong but beware it’s very very inexpensive
