The media could not be loaded. I have contacted this company numerous times with this issue. The temperature control is apparently defective. This issue has cost me too much money and time. The only way to communicate is live chat or email to a generic email address. When you respond to an email, and because it’s a generic email address, you need to start all over from the beginning of contact because you can’t just deal with the same individual. So it’s been 4 weeks of emails and I still don’t have an answer or resolution. It is very apparent from the video that the control panel is defective, yet I’m still being asked for additional information that is irrelevant to this issue. I also receive emails stating that if I dont respond, this issue will be closed. I have responded to every email I have received. It might be because I have been dealing with numerous different people so if one person makes a request, my response goes to the next available representative. I have never had worse customer service. If you buy from Vevor and you need technical support, you basically need to chalk it up as a loss. My next heat press will only be purchased from a company that actually has a technical support team that you can communicate with via phone.

I have to take a picture of it. I had to try to put it back together. The entire top heat presser came off. This will be my last time ordering this brand. The quality of it is poor

Used once, everything was good. Turned it off. Turned it on again. Everything turned on properly as before. Lights came on. Made a beep. But it only lasted on for 1-2 seconds before shutting down. Light for the plug turns on but nothing else. Not the timer nor the heat settings. It was as if the cables inside got a short or something and everything but the power lights stopped working Update: I let them know and they sent me a new box. I unscrewed everything and screwed on the new one. Everything worked as it should. Still having some trouble with the way it presses but I think I’ll get more used to it

Gambling is exactly what you will be doing on how long this heat press will work. I purchased this heat press for our shirt business in January 2022. It is now April 2022 and the press works intermittently. There is a circuit interrupter above the power switch that trips constantly turning the press off. I checked multiple circuits in the building to make sure there wasn’t trouble in my wiring. It’s something wrong with the press. The swivel head that provides the heat attaches with a single bolt from the underside. The bolt comes loose over time from swinging the press back and forth. So I’m constantly tightening the bolt. It makes it very difficult to keep the pressure consistent. If left unchecked the head would fall off completely. The pressure adjustment knob is another problem. It came full of grease with hundreds of tiny metal bb’s in the grease. I assume they thought this would aid in its ability to swivel. It does the opposite. I had to completely disassemble the swivel assembly and clean all of this out to even get the press to swivel normally. It’s a very sloppy tolerance in the swivel joint. Even cleaned, sanded smooth and greased it still binds up. It leaves metal shavings everywhere from operating it. Very poor quality. I REALLY wanted to at least like this press for the price. But after all of these issues I have a press that isn’t even usable after 3 month of light use. You might get a good one and have none of the troubles that I have had but my opinion is to spend a little more money on a better quality press. I would NOT recommend this Vevor heat press.
