Love the dial, adjusting settings are quick. I removed one of the cross braces to extend the tension arm out. Loading and unloading far easier now.

I thought the instructions were confusing, I ended up having to watch a youtube video to figure out how to set the temperature. The book says to push the button for 6 seconds but fails to mention the part about tapping on the screen. It was cheap so I guess I can't complain too much. I set mine at 185 celsius for 200 seconds.

Minimum temperature required to print on mugs is 360 degrees, I set it for four hundred and waited for the beep indicating it was ready, I double checked the temperature and it was actually only 328 degrees, I waited ten more minutes, it remained at 328 degrees, too low to actually use, in addition to this it showed up with a slightly bent handle, i was willing to look past that but as you see in the photo, it was a useless paperweight, the construction is also very flimsy, I realize you get what you pay for but at bare minimum it has to work.

This is a great machine for making t shirts with sublimation. I have only had the machine for 1 week and haven't used it on anything but t shirts. So far, it has been a really awesome product. It was packaged well and nothing was broken. The shirts I have made with it all came out great. This is my 1st heating machine and I am very pleased. It had a great price too!
