This didn’t mount up exactly to our Axis 500 ITV but my husband did a little finagling and viola!! We also ordered a cutoff switch from Amazon to use with this because we found out the remote will provide a constant slow drain to your battery. Also an easy fix. We bought the UTV half price second hand and the winch had been removed. We also discovered that the metal was more durable than the nylon cord and that the 4000lb was necessary to pull us out of stuck!!

This is a poorly designed item. The cable has no guide when winding on the drum and gets kinked and frayed when trying to unwind the cable. I never got to use this winch out of the box, except for trying to get the mangled cable off the drum. Buyer Beware, the seller’s cooperation to resolve the warranty issue was worthless, Informing me the cable is a commonly replaced item at my expense and never even addressed a missing nut on the drum. I do not recommend buyers purchase this product. After several request to send spare parts with no vendor action, I finally got customer support to replace the entire winch assembly. I will finish this review after I receive the New Winch.. The vendor has shipped the replacement? The replacement winch has been received and appears to be in new condition. Receipt of the new product resolved my issue, & gained my respect for the company warranty service. Great winch for the price.

I am extremely disappointed with this product. I purchased this winch in December and began using it in mid-January. Since then, I have experienced multiple issues, and it has now completely stopped working. For the amount paid, I expected a much more reliable product and better quality. This has been a total waste of money, and I honestly feel robbed. I would not recommend this product to anyone and hope the company considers providing a refund or replacement due to the poor performance and lack of durability.

Its from a white label company knock off.. I knew that, it is one Heck of a winch ! It pulls harder than my mile marker hydraulic. If u do need a name brand winch save 2k$ and buy a sticker this is the bomb!! I needed to shim it up 1 inch because my westin bumper was lil narrow u can use washers i made blocks its very large to hold the larger cable size! Buy this winch!

Very good qaulity winch especially for the price. Shipped very quickly and u had it right on schedule almost ahead of schedule but we had a bad snowstorm that delayed it. Winch hooked right up to the wiring i already had installed and worked perfectly. ( i use this for my plow on my four wheeler) very pleased with this product.
