We received the gate very quickly, which was awesome since we needed it for our "escape artist" who chewed up a wooden gate. The only problem with the gate is the lock was broken when we got it & we can't latch the gate. We didn't realize it was broken until we had it installed. At this point we are using zip ties to keep the gate "locked". Upside is that the gate has stopped our Lab from escaping! I have tried to find a contact number to request a replacement lock, but have had no success. That is the only reason I didn't give the gate 5 stars.

We almost got robbed the robber tried to break the glass door but he failed, so after that incident we decided to install this metal gate. Now we feel safer and if ever they will try to brake in again they will think twice because of this gate.
