The hose called 'red trachea' arrived with a hole in it. The burner does not fit into the furnace properly as shown on diagram. The hinged lid is poorly aligned and is difficult to close.

Definitely works great but no assembly institutions and why would you put a washer end cap on the regulator to propane tank connection. It doesn’t say anywhere to take it off but that’s what you have to do. If there is no instruction to take it off don’t put it there, it took me and my dad running around for 2 weeks to figure this out. This seller should get there act together, but the product worked great once I got every hiccup figured out. ... show more
