Great machine, the only reason I gave it 4-stars is because my heat press came without the plate press. I did receive the foam incerts for the the plate press just not the press. The heat press heats up quickly and even distributes the heat. The directions for setting the temperature, mode, and timer were easy to follow. As well as the directions for changing out the press for the hat, mug, and tumbler attachments. Great heat press for the price. Also, the heat press arrived several days before the expected ETA.

Just starting out with all things heat press related. This is our first one. After tons of videos, research and overall "bang for your buck" we landed on this every time. Its easy to use, its very well built. Easy to assemble and it looks really nice. The attachments work and everything was up and running in under 30 minutes. It feels sturdy, nothing about it feels cheap. We have already made what we spent back in product sales.! YAY! If you are just getting started, this is the one. It wont break the bank and it will do a fantastic job. Its a really quality machine. Very happy with this purchase.

The media could not be loaded. TLDR; BUYER BEWARE - VEVOR themselves will not be there to help you, they gave me the run around on a replacement and I am now attempting to get a refund, if this fails I will be charging back my credit card. Upon opening the product and using it I noticed that the pressure distribution was not even. The control arm will push upwards and the springs will only compress in the back causing uneven pressure. Due to life factors, I did not get to opening and using this product until after the amazon return date had closed so I was forced to contact VEVOR to initiate a warranty claim. I begun the warranty process for a replacement on 2/12/2024 and was asked to provide photographic/video evidence of the issue. I obliged and was responded with an email claiming that the product in my evidence was not the product I purchased. I replied with a 2 minute in depth video (the one attached to this review). I was then told I would be given a "practical solution" within 72 hours. 17 hours after that I was emailed an instructional video on how to use the machine (I should mention the video was of a press that was not the same model I had bought). I responded back apx. 36 hours later saying "I'm not sure what that video was for, I know how to operate the machine, I created this ticket with the intent to warranty replace a defective machine. Has there been an error in communication or something?" They then responded to me again saying it would take another 2-3 days for them to send me a "corresponding solution" . They then sent me the exact same instruction video 8 MINUTES LATER, with detailed precautions talking about adjusting the pressure on the machine. It does not matter what pressure the machine is at, the pressure is always uneven unless there is none at all, rendering the press useless. I called their call center again and told them I no longer want to warranty this item, only want a refund, because I do not want anything from this company if this is how they treat their customers/warranties. The call center rep updated the ticket with a memo repeating this information and I will update this review in a couple days to see if they actually honor this or if I have to begin a charge back with my credit card.

I bought this after only using the Cricut Heat Press for years, but since I wanted to enter the world of sublimation, I had to invest in this and I have no regrets. It is easy to use and assemble. It's easy to switch between modes from standard heat press, to tumbler sublimation. It heats fast and I did not burn myself yet, which is a good thing. I would highly recommend. I just wish they had an attachment that would sublimate a full 20oz skinny tumbler all at once, but flipping it isn't too bad.
