Takes a little manipulation to get the hat set just right, but practice makes perfect. Most of my early frustration was learning where to place the patch, how long to set the timer for, adjusting when using a thin cloth, etc. Overall great product for the price.

Got mine delivered less than an hour ago, was so happy and excited. Was delivered fast and the box looked immaculate so I didn’t expect anything to go wrong. As soon as I opened the box I noticed the cap for the pressure screw just sitting there. Took the first layer of styrofoam off and opened the plastic bag to be greeted with lots of rust and a dirty machine. It looks used. Then there is this screw adjuster thing on the bottom plate (no idea what it’s for) and it was all bent and the screw itself was worn down where the lower spring arm had been rubbing against it. Not a happy person right now.

Like the idea of a hat press but the heating pads do not lock in place. Have to re-tighten every time a hat is pressed. Will probably return it.
