I was not impressed with this heat press. The misspelled “splndid momen!” should have been my first hint. Once the press was heated, the inlay on the top started peeling on the top surface. Although it is just aesthetics, with the misspelling, it made me doubt the quality of this item. The instructions are minimal at best. It lacked guidelines on selecting vibration and heat settings. I struggled with setting the temperature, it would fluctuate while pressing. I used a laser thermometer and the heat was never consistent. The weight of the press was manageable. The product is great, it will beat almost every other heat press that is simular. the auto vibrate is great. However, what it leaves out is that the plugs that allows you to hook up other things are just covered. I almost bet the plugs are under there. But If I would have known this version didn't have the plugs OPEN to plug in like the mug maker or other things. So yes it's a good product but the companies business model is something that will make me look around again whenever this stops working or something that isn't just capped for little reason. They're just losing money on attachments I would have bought right afterwords. So while this product/series is good I can't say all their products share that with their business model. If ya just had those 2 ports open and not make it not very well represented I would have just bought a higher model, if they didn't do this dumb practice I would give it 5 stars. ... show more

Right out the box it was as pictured no issues. You have to read the instructions to properly work the touchscreen otherwise you'll be touch touching and getting no where. So reading the instructions is highly recommended. Sometimes it does tend to move due to the vibration but it's not enough to move the product or image if you have it taped down. I've successfully done sublimation a few times because even though you can't set it to above 395 it definitely heats up past that. The highest I've seen is 405 so be careful. The base is stready it didn't burn my table when I heated it up past 400. ... show more

Not bad for the price. Temperature is all over the place though. For example I will set it for 350 and it will move higher or lower and never stays at the temp that I set it for. Not sure if it’s supposed to do that ? Every time I move it from its base the temp changes, or when I press the temp changes but when it’s on it base not being touched it seems to hold the temp I set it for ... show more

I bought one for me and it was fine. Bought one for my granddaughter for her birthday and the stickers are peeling up. I contacted the seller and they said put some double stick tape on it!! Over $100 dollars and this is the response I get???

it's a bit wonky. The temperature varies 25-30 degrees as you use it and never hits the exact temp you set, it boomerangs back and forth. The HTV that I use doesn't seem to be adversely affected, so I don't worry too much about it. The vibration is interesting, however it can cause mal-alignment of multiple-layer HTV designs, the top piece slides. So what I do is place the artwork, then put the press on top, lean on it hard to give it pressure, to set the HTV in, before I turn on the vibration and timer. I don't want to use the vibration for dye-sublimation, the risk of ghosting is too high with that. The other thing is, the unit has the place in the cabinet that's molded for the Mug/Hat Press Attachments, but it's hollow and has no such feature. Much literature online talks about that feature being available on the two larger sizes, but it does not appear on this one, so if you need that, know it's not being made that way anymore. ... show more
