if i could give this thing 10 stars i would! while i find it difficult to believe that it is capable of putting out 250amps running mig, this thing is amazing on all other counts. i have taken on the job of rebuilding the packer section of a new to us, used/abused/rode hard put away wet, trash truck. decided to use this unit to tack weld in all the replacement panels and patchwork which is mainly 3/16" and some 1/4" steel. running straight co2 and .035 e70-06 wire, i not only used it to tack in replacement panels and parts, but also ran continuous beads at times running well over 5 minutes in length with very little time to cool down between runs. this with an indicated setting of between 190 and 210amps output. went through my first 10 lb spool of wire using the first contact tip and nozzle, and i think i can go through another spool with the same consumables. i am not sure i will ever drag out the big old linde or union carbide machines again, that is unless i need to lay down some heat on thicker parts. for the home owner, diy'er this thing is perfect, for the small shop again you could do much worse, and for the big shop i think it even has a place there when access is limited. when i finish this project this mig is going in the back seat of my work truck!

I weld for work and bought the vevor 200amp mig and honestly very impressed. I use hardwire wit 75/25 usually so didn't try the flux and mainly going to use it only for mig. Only thing that stops it from 5 stars is the ground is seriously short.. 3ft is a joke. Vevor should give a normal 10ft ground like the mig gun.

I was ready to pull the trigger on this welder, until I looked for the warranty. There is none. The vevor website doesnt have a link either. So, if it fails after day 30, you got nothing.
