Have used this product several times now (was a birthday gift) and find ourselves consistently disappointed. Room temperature white, red, different bottle configurations were decreased less than 10 degrees in 90 minutes. Ambient temperature doesn't seem to matter. Only gets 1 additional star for ease of use. Rather put our wine into the freezer for 20 minutes. Don't waste the money on this wildly disappointing product.
