Easy,(#2 phillips only) assembly. The bottom of the seat every other staple (holds seat cover stretched and a cover piece) missed its mark so i added a few extra staples to keep the cover in place. The seat is fairly heavy duty and i anticipate many years of service from it.

After constantly having to tighten down the wheels to keep them from falling off, after one year and very little usage, two of them came completely off and could not be tightened back on. This is due to the cheapness of the metal in the threaded part. The manufacturer tried to replace the wheels, but everything got lost in the shuffle in their country. So I just gave up and ordered a second set of wheels from a different manufacturer for $10. Pure junk!
