I dislike the assembling part. The directions can be a little more clear. I had to figure a few things out on my own. But there is definitely defect with my product. It has to be because the holes are not lining up for me to screw my heating plate to the arm of the product. It's definitely a inconvenience to me. When I have a project to do I expect things to be of quality and it looks like it had been previously owned. It's the only because the packaging put in. There was not good, it looked like it had been opened and put back in the heating. Plate was dirty.Like fingerprints were onic black fingerprints. It's always good to have good business. VEVOR has awesome customer service they assisted me in every way.. and resolved the problem asap.

Impossible to get my hands under the heat plate to adjust the tshirt without burning my hand. Heat plate is advertised at 15x15. However, the plate does not line up with the base. So I am losing 1” from the back and 1” from the front. Inconsistent heat. I was using a vinyl that requires only 5 seconds to press at 250 degrees. I’m setting at at 300 and pressing for 30 seconds 3-4 times and only the top half is sticking. The bottom half will only stick once I flip it around. Timer can be set however there is no way to begin countdown. Hat press is too large. DOES NOT fit a standard hat. This press is a tipping hazard. If I swing the iron to the side the entire unit wants to tip. A severe risk of injury. THIS ITEM SHOULD BE REMOVED FROM AMAZON. I purchased a Cricut heat press. It works perfectly with my media. I know now 100% that this vevor product is absolutely trash.
