Great printer!

  • Good product, but could use a little refinement
Heats up quickly, vacuum setup works well. Only issue I’ve had so far is that the vacuum table was hard to seat and remove once seated. I used a grinder to thin the placement legs down and all seems to be very easy now.

  • Great machine!
I’ve used a couple of times since receiving it, so far I’m loving it. Only negative I can see are the instructions, there aren’t many and they are not very clear. Fortunately YouTube to the rescue. Would buy again. Also fast delivery.

  • The bladder was ripped.
The item came much faster than advertised. The outside Packaging was good but the box the press was in wasn't sealed. I haven't tried it out yet, I will follow up with the actual functionality later, but the bladder that was installed in the press was already ripped and the spare bladder seems a little big, but we'll see. The vacuum attachment itself was fused together by the pre installed bladder, looks like it melted to the cast frame. The instructions are sketchy at best, but that's what the internet is for! Tape, dispenser and accessories were included. ... show more

  • Instructions wrong and incomplete
I so want to love this machine, but it is simply frustrating. Machine appears to be well made and sturdy, heats up and is simple to use. Here are my issues: Instructions are wrong about sublimation times. 8 minutes for a mug, similar instructions from another vendor says 12 minutes. 12 worked for me. Unit only allows setting up to 392F degrees. Most items are suggested to be sublimated at 400F Time will tell if this is a problem. Mine had a silicon cover on the bottom of the vacuum tray, not on the lid. Nothing in instructions or videos suggest this should be there, but part appears to be "glued" on. I have silicon plate molds that have no way to connect. Instructions have no information on adapter to connect. For $600 machine, useful instructions are to be expected. ... show more

  • Thank you for being very human and patient.
5 star rating for the amazing customer service they have and a device that does amazing things when used properly. I just may be back for my other needs in the future.

Product works as described. I use it to make so much.

  • Research depth before you buy.
I had hoped it would be deeper. Very difficult to do 20 ounce coffee mugs. They have to sit directly on the bottom and make contact with the top inside of the top. This causes the shrink wrap to melt in the oven and create a mess.
