I bought this thing that it was going to be great where it was the new release. Boy did I think wrong… I had it about a month and there was an error code on the regular heat press and it was saying that it couldn’t heat up and so I contacted Customer service it took a few days, but they did resend me a complete new heat press. I did get the new heat press and everything seems to be working good for about a couple months and then I realized My products were not pressing evenly. I looked at the plate from the bottom and it was bowing down, so the center of the plate was burning the products where the corners weren’t even getting heated enough to peel off the iron on. It was a very cheap product, but customer service was great so I would recommend them for other products. They did help me get my money back, but just a pain wouldn’t recommend this product.

Works well for t-shirts and bags, but the mug presses are small. I have not used those or the hat press.

The media could not be loaded. All sudden my heat pressed just stopped heating up.

This product stopped heating up. We finally were ready to start our hobby after some sickness the past year. We used this product 6 times and it stopped heating. This is less than a year old. What a waste of money...my poor handicapped son was finally able to start a hobby and now we are at a stand still...what a shame. 🤯😥

I purchased the F910 8 in 1 heat press. It is not as sturdy as other Vevor models. It looks and feels cheap. Its overall quality is cheap. I've used it now for 2 months. While it's controls and heating capability is good. The accessories that come with it are not worth the extra price for the 8 in 1 capability. The hat accessory is completely useless because the unit height cannot be raised high enough to properly fit and press a hat. The unit itself has a lot of give. Example: If you set the height for making a t-shirt. After using it for a couple times you will have to adjust the preasure again because the unit has "give / stretched" and you must adjust the pressure frequently even if making the same item. That applies to everything you attempt to press on this unit. It should not have the "give" it does after only 2 months use. (The unit is mostly plastic). The accessories are unique to this unit and so far there are no other accesories available. Nothing compatable from another vendor either. You would be better served just using this unit with the flat bed only. Which is a waste of money because the accessories are not standard sizes for the most popular things you would want to make. The biggest issue with the F910 is that hat press. You just cannot get a decent result because of clearance issues between the upper and lower pieces of the hat press. When you move the handle to engage / start the sublimation process. The handle assy feels like it is going to break off. Not sturdy at all. And because of the poor clearance, fitting a mug / tumbler for instance doesn't fit, especially if you put a silicone wrap around your item. Bottom line. Don't make the same mistake I did. - Unit not worth the extra money for it's 8 in 1 capability.. Find something better. Even a previous Vevor model is better than this one. Or buy individual presses for the items you wish to sublimate.

When I first bought this heat press it was amazing. I will say the design could be better regarding the main button that controls the temperature and timer. It got stuck a few times but I pressed on because overall it seemed to be working and performing well for my small business. The heat was distributed evenly throughout the surface of the heat plate, it heated quickly and pressing items went smoothly. Fast forward 2 weeks, and the heat press would simply not heat up. I tried everything I saw online in forums and videos by other users and nothing worked. It is practically IMPOSSIBLE to reach someone in customer service regarding the product and very little info online including YouTube to troubleshoot issues. The attachments were poorly assembled so they also did not maintain the heat very well.

I’m very unhappy with this product. It has stopped working on me two times now. Vevor replaced it the first time, after I had to keep taking it apart and sending them pictures and video. I’ve only used the new one two times and now it will not heat up. They are sending me a fuse, but I have to dismantle the entire machine to replace it. I should not have to do all the warranty work myself.

Overall I am happy with my purchase and I think it will serve its purpose for the time being. But I am disappointed that it is 90% plastic and isn’t very sturdy like it was described in the ad. There are several other issues that are not going to be best suited for my long term needs. I think someone who doesn’t plan to use it on a daily basis should be satisfied with it. I think I will use it and eventually have it as a backup, and invest in a clamshell type with slide out and other things that will be easier for me to get my projects done.
