The media could not be loaded. I have only made 10 or so cups so far but WOW! So simple to set up and use. Warms up very quickly and works perfectly. The rate and ease which I can create my cups now is well worth the cost of this press!

I purchased this 30oz tumbler press and it arrived with a damaged handle. I contacted the seller and they sent me out a new tumbler press. The replacement arrived and I plugged it in and when I turned it on it was smoking from the wiring that goes into the heating element, you can see in the pictures that I provided. I contacted the seller about this issue as it is a fire hazard and very dangerous I cannot use this Tumbler press. And their resolution was to offer me a $10 refund! Please beware when purchasing this item.

Great heat press that is consistent heating

A couple of things: 1) the instruction are basically nonexistent. (Plug it in, turn it on hit the mode button). You actually need to do more than that, but I was able to figure it out. 2) although it doesn’t seem like it, it tips over when completely opened, so I added some weights under it-see pictures.. 3) there is no “mode” button. This part is confusing. You press the “set” button. You set the time and temp using the up and down buttons but where the green numbers are( even though it says temp where the red numbers are). Once you set the temp you want, press the set button again so you can set the time. Do it again to set everything and again to start. The top (red numbers) show the temp now and the green show the time. I used my phone for the timer because I didn’t trust it. I waited for the 50 seconds I wanted but never heard a beep. I will try again to see if that feature actually works. I suggest watching a YouTube video if you need help setting the temp and time. That’s what I did..
