The box it came in, was absolutely perfect, no damage, so definitely factory issues. I ordered this to do a project for my 40th class reunion. Opened the box, to find nuts and screws all over the box. Different screws than are pictured in the owners manual. Numerous missing pieces, I tried calling to see if I could just get replacement parts # is disconnected asked to use online….. NOT IMPRESSED. Tried switching gears and using a different part of the press and make coasters instead of mugs …. ANOTHER - missing pieces. For goodness sakes it feels like someone at the factory was having a bad day and made sure to take one essential item for each component. I was extremely excited to get this press and start a little business with my grandchildren. NOW I’m just extremely disappointed and have box the heavy paper weight back up.

I can't speak highly enough of this great little press! I bought it due to the failure of one of my trusty Hot-Stuff units that I have been using for the last 7 years and I expected it to only last a short time, but to my surprise this press has continued to run strong since day one! I must also say that the speed at which the press heats up is VERY impressive. On my Hot-Stuff presses I would have to wait upwards of 10 minutes before using the press, but on this machine it is fully heated up before I have even had a chance to gather up my orders. The temperature control is intuitive and accurate, and the digital readout is very easy to read. It is so easy to use I even taught my grandmother how to use it and now she makes and gives away hats at her book signings! Overall I give this mighty little press 2 thumbs up and a how-do-you-do! A+++! 5-Stars!

This little press heats up and presses well. The timer does not work at all. I still put it to use for adhering DTF power to the back of the transfers, for which it works perfectly. Sometimes I use it for small items in multiples, like sublimation keychains, and set a manual timer.
