I researched heat presses before I purchased this one. I specifically bought for all of the attachments included. The mug press had temperature fluctuations and I had ghosting even after taping sublimation paper down. The machine is very bulky and requires a lot of space to use and storage for all of the attachments. I used the press only 4 times and while pressing a shirt, where the bolts connect to the plate starting sparking and then the control box began smoking. I am very lucky it did not start a large fire. I would not recommend!

This is a nice heat press however now that I have owned it about 2 months its non stop issues. The press wont stay aligned. I can't get it to straighten out especially when closing the press. It moves everything the mats and the product I'm trying to press. I have had my transfers taped down and still get messed up from the press sliding. Its not heating up to the correct temperature. I have to use a heat gun to make sure it is accurate. I have never changed the pressure since I first set it, yet every time I use it the pressure is different. I only make one product so I would have expected to be able to just set it and not need to constantly change it and check. Now I can't get a good pressure. It puts more pressure on the right side then the left and unevenly heats. The heat press is extremely top heavy. I can not swing the top more than half way off the bottom of the press without the entire thing wanting to go down with it. Making it hard to put shirts on and off. Can't tell you how many times I have almost burned myself on it from trying to prevent it from falling. Sucks because now I have to have it weighed down which is effecting how I work but still can not get it to work correctly. Over all I am not happy with this heat press. Has been more of a problem headache than helpful and efficient. Waste of money and I do not recommend especially for us small business owners. Don't buy it!

The rubber suction cups do not hold secure and stable. Had it fall over 3 times in pressing. The top plate fell off in the middle of pressing. I would check every screw on this machine before use. Would not buy again

This was resolved quickly and wanted to provide an update. They replaced the main module. We are back in business and appreciate the speedy follow-up and delivery of the part. When it worked, it worked really well for vinyl transfers. I've had it for less than a 9 months with low usage. It just stopped heating up. I'm thinking that I might have done 30-35 shirts max total. When I plug in the other attachments such as the hat press, they heat up properly. So the problem is most likely in the shirt platen and its wiring. I tried to open the platen up and search for a loose wires but I could not get the screws to loosen up to gain access. I really shouldn't have to do this anyways. I just submitted a claim and if I get fast turn around on the warranty replacement, I will happily change my rating.
