    • Won't stay heating
Started having problems 5 days before the 30 day window and won't heat to temp now. Very disappointing for this much money.

    • Did not receive press that is pictured
I ordered the 15x15 but what you receive is not as pictured. Timer doesn’t work, there are no additional buttons on the box like shown in the picture. I have to literally stand there with a separate timer to ensure my items don’t burn because there is zero count down on the unit itself. Once I close the press, the temperature fluctuates 10-15 degrees less than what I set it for which I then have to guess how much more time to add since the heat is incorrect. Not happy. ... show more

I wish I could give it more stars but unfortunately I can’t. Not sure if it’s just not heating properly or what the deal is but it doesn’t work for HTV, DTF or screenprints. I can sit there and apply as much pressure and hold it longer than required and my transfers don’t adhere.
