I hate this machine. I’ve been doing this for the past 6 months & I do HUGE ORDERS. I’m talking 550 shirts, 180, 220, a ton! I’m the type of person that will “make it work” but this heat press has been nothing but a nightmare. My Vevor heat press pro (8-in-1) stopped clamping so I had the warranty company send me a refund. I decided to try a different one since I can’t buy JUST the heat press pro. I’d have to purchase a whole different 8-in-1 set & it seemed unnecessary. I regret it very much now. I absolutely LOVED everything about my pro. I thought this one would be great based on reviews and the fact that it has a swing arm & a pull out drawer. Boy was I wrong. First off - I’ve gotten burned SO MANY TIMES. I’ve even worn heat gloves and I’ve managed to get burned multiple times. No matter how careful you are, you’re probably going to get burned. Second - you’d think “oh neat, I get a pretty colored one!!” No. Absolutely cannot stand that this is PAINTED!! I have paint chips falling off every. Single. Time. I. Rotate. The. Arm. Meaning more work for me. I have orders of 180+ & this makes more work for me. Literally every time I swing the arm, more paint chips off. It is annoying. Third - the swing arm is difficult to swing (compared to my pro) & I can’t even touch the edges of the press (like I can on my pro since it’s covered in a hard plastic) so of course, yet again; I get burned. This I can deal with mostly but it’s an inconvenience I was not prepared for. Fourth - the weight of the press… if you do not have anything on the base where the shirts go, this thing will topple over QUICK so beware! Fifth - the smell!!! I noticed that the heating element is different from my pro and as soon as I pressed a shirt I noticed a nasty smell. I don’t understand what it could be, other than the heating element but just another inconvenience. Sixth - it arrived with dents in the base. HOW!? Do yourself a favor. Buy the 8-in-1 PRO even if you don’t need the accessories (I’ve used the mug one once.) it’s worth it since you can’t purchase the heat press on its own. I cannot wait until I am done with my current order to return this stupid thing & buy a new Pro. 0/10 I hate this thing!!!!

This feels like a very cheaply made item, the parts came dinged up, the slide tray doesn't slide easily, it heats okay, and I've used to press a couple items which seems okay. I bought this because I wanted the swing arm to do hoodies. I am very disappointed in the overall quality of this item.

I am truly enjoying my presses. Easy to use, cute color, gets hot pretty quickly. I think it's very beginner-user friendly and sturdy when I swing the press back, no rocking or tilting.

This is the first heat press I've ever owned and I'm sure I can only go up from here. This is by far the worst product I've ever used. I bought another a vevor product, a laminator and it was garbage too. This press heats unevenly, causing areas to not adhere and what's more infuriating than anything else is these obnoxious stains that it's left on many of my shirts. I have to wipe the stupid machine every time I press because I'm not sure what's causing the stain or when it's going to happen.... These shirts I'll either have to take a loss on or I don't know what. Buyer beware. Spend a little extra and stay away from this crap.

Press itself does operate well. Size is good..color is nice..all the parts were there. Only issue is I don’t believe it likes to be switched out as often as most probably would like to switch out attachments..first time I switched out for the tumbler press and detached tumbler ..my wire has never been the same ..it just cuts out during use on regular press..so that’s a bummer. Tried the hat press and maybe it’s just me but I had no luck ..getting the hat on is difficult & pressing it left terrible marks even after adjusting position and pressure 😕 However now I just leave it on tshirt press and it has worked fine after zip tying the wire so I don’t switch out anymore ..for the price and function of press itself I gave 4 stars

Its ok but, the box is very, very loose. Seems as though it won't last very long. Display is not veey simple. Cannot adjuatvtemp to well. Kept because I had a HUGE order. Use my phone as my timer. SMH
