Received this for Christmas and vinyls cutter doesn’t work. I have emailed customer service and they are not helpful. They refuse to give me a number to call for help. They do email me steps to try one at a time about every three days, which is crazy. The steps are make sure settings correct. Not what settings and what they should be etc. not helpful. I even sent them a video of settings and how I was using it and what the cutter did on command. So there is communication from computer to cutter. So far no help and horrible customer service. I requested to return it and they want me to pay shipping back. I want it but so far they refuse to replacement and it has been a month. Why should I pay shipping for something that doesn’t work. ... show more

Warranty invalid! Vevor refuses to acknowledge warranty because it is purchased from Amazon and not their direct website! Machine catches, heat settings do not work. Complete waste of money do not purchase

    • Junk. Seller not helpful.
Bought this cutter for a Christmas gift. Has never worked properly. Contacted software company. They ran some test and determined it was a hardware failure and to contact seller. Have not been able to talk to anyone only email. Seller keeps wanting pictures sent. Have sent multiple pics and videos with no resolution to issues. ... show more
