The press for T-shirts works fine, the press for caps does not work because it technically does not allow the cap to be threaded into the printing machine, lifts up the sticker and crumples the cap. I have not tested the attachments for plates and mugs. If you want to be engaged in the production of T-shirts and caps, then I advise you to buy a heating press separately for T-shirts and separately for caps.

So far I like it.. make sure you set the tension on the 3 wheels that feed the viynal evenly. If not it will not feed into the cutter straight as it prints. (This is no defect this is operator error.)

When I ordered we saw the review that they only received the plotter, due to this we videoed our unboxing from the beginning. So we can prove if it all arrived or not, most $$$ purchases we do this to protect ourselves. Upon opening the box we only received the plotter. Now we have something we are not able to use, until we get the rest of the product. Extremely upset that we waited and our entire order wasn't fulfilled. Video if anyone doesn't believe and what's to see before buying.

Everything about this product is junk. The screws are cheap and easily stripped. The main arm broke under normal pressure. This press is a total waste of money. Pleas do not purchase this piece of crap
