Product works great, God blessed me with a great deal on a used one! So there were no instructions but YouTube is all you need and I was up and running in no time! It is small so big designs you have to get creative, but it’s not a problem for me I just needed something to start with for a budget price. One thing I well say is that if you turn the press top all way around it will fall down so tie it down. Other than that it’s good! Very happy with this press. It’s a nice size for beginners. It is slower to warm up than some of my other presses but you can’t beat it for the price. I mostly make cups but I wanted a press to make shirts for myself and family without spending a lot on a press and this press fit the bill. I have a large older large heat press and a cricut easy press 2 that I normally use - so that is perspective I’m reviewing this with. This thing is compact but is seriously SO easy to use it will now be my go-to press. Setup was super simple, the swing away arm made placement quick and easy . The biggest plus on this was the minimal effort it took to press. My older press is old school and a real workout - but even the easy press can put a lot of strain on your body to get a good press. I was able to press this down with 1 hand. The bed is smaller then my big press but big enough to do most 3/4 shirt or kid shirt designs ... show more

I bought mine used and I must say that it works great(although it seems to have a bit of a hard time feud all the way to 400 degrees... And I didn't think about the size of the press is stir so it's kind of hard trying to find a safe,sturdy place to have it sit

I have my own business and I wanted to add another heat press but a swing away one this time. This product is great - easy to use for the most part. The only complaint I have is I can't get the timer to start and stop so it continuously beeps as I am pressing. Not a big deal and I go by my phone for timing on it. More of an annoying noise as I am working but not a big deal. I am sure if I play around with it more I can figure it out. Very sturdy and a great product over all.
