Love this press. I bought this one so I would have a larger one, so the appearance is true to size. The product is durable, worth the price, heavy duty and heat settings are top tier. It is quite heavy and easy to use.

The heating element is not even, leading to patches of vinyl not adhering well. Also the is very little space to work with, constantly bumping against time. And back side is also very tight. Anything more than a tshirt is hard to position, especially hoodies. Customer service no existent.
