This was gotten for a friend and she absolutely loves it, she being a crafter loves the temperature settings the mobility of the machine as well as how quickly her product heats up.

Thought it was going to be great. No manual arrived with the product. Item is too heavy and the suction cups do not work so the hot press falls forward when you are placing product which is huge hazard and risk of getting burned. The lever is not smooth so you have to hold and guide down to lock to press. Without a manual, setting the temp is quite a challenge. Photos as shown are not representative of the unit I received. Not even close. Attempted to contact vendor with no response. Pass this product by. Look for another unit with same features. I think you will be glad you did.
