I've had this a couple months now and my only real complaint is I wish the top plate would lift higher (it only raises a small amount above the foam cushion included- maybe an inch?) to allow more room to arrange your stuff and make sure they are where you want them before lowering the top... I have found that on thicker items it can actually drag against your project and move the design or material while swinging back over to press... I haven't used any of the attachments yet but the heat press itself seems to work fine... I just wish I had went with the traditional clamshell rather than the swing away... ... show more

I am not disappointed in the heat press. The size is perfect for making t-shirts all of sizes. The customer service team was wonderful to work with. I had a minor issue with the display and they customer service sent out a new display within days. I am very happy with my Heat Press!

Don’t buy this! I want a refund. Can’t set the temperature or time. It worked ok for a couple of projects. Then it wouldn’t let me reset time or temperature. I had purchased extended warranty so the company sent me a new parameter setting unit. Work ok for one project—now not working again. Each time I am working with the company’s people and the process is very slow. After I have send multiple messages and video of the problem, they just emailed me that they are going to cancel my service request because I haven’t told them what’s wrong Amazon—please refund my money! Contacted Amazon—was told after 30 minutes of holding that they would give me instructions on getting a refund—call disconnected. called back and started over. Amazon said the company would not give me a refund would I like to speak to a supervisor. The supervisor asked me to explain the situation and after I did the line was connected but silent. I held the line—saying’hello’ occasionally for an hour, then hung up AMAZON, Is this a business strategy? Hang up for customer service? ... show more
