Wish there was better instructions on how to set the time and everything but YouTube helped me with that! This is amazing i unfortunately got the wrong size so if you want to print shirts this one is a bit to small and hard to work with for bigger designs but it does do the job!

Good quality. Gets pretty hot. The only downfall for this is that when you go to swing the press to the side to align whatever you're trying press, it can cause it to tip. I wish the bottom was more weighted. But besides that it's great

As soon as I got this I unboxed it, and got it all set up. When I went to plug it in there was an electrical spark that arced off the control box. One of the ground wires was smashed between the metal plate at the bottom of the controller and the plastic housing. I assume happened during manufacturing? And I assume this is why the temperature would fluctuate like crazy, wouldn’t stay at one temperature for long, would jump 20-30 degrees sometimes if I wasn’t paying attention. Would have to fine tune in the advanced settings every single time, even if it was for the same temperature setting. Was just a headache from the start. I was refunded the cost of it, but would have just liked an actual working press. The controls were easy enough, and the press was pretty lightweight and portable. And the pricing is definitely right if the machine was operable from the gate. Just sharing my experience purchasing this item.

Decent starter press to make a few items for our new small business. Vendor is fairly easy to work with, BUT....managed to send me a tracking number for someone else's package??? Took quite a bit of my time to unravel this mystery, but vendor did finally send out what I paid for (a week later). Product works as described, but could use a few improvements (especially in the machining tolerance of where the control mates. I can make it work, but will have to make some adjustments to keep it from wobbling around. All in all, you will get what you paid for, but do not expect this to be "High" quality.
